What happens next
Jimenez Julien reads the enquiry himself and answers with two or three questions about the project you described: how many containers, what media, and the deadline you are working toward. If you asked for a walkthrough, that reply carries a link to book thirty minutes at a time that suits your bench.
Bring a real project to the call. We open it together, log the containers and set up the first scanning batch on your own material, so you leave with something usable whether or not you subscribe.
